The funeral service for Philip Huft, 89, of Roscoe is 10:00 AM, Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Roscoe. Pastor Justin Dauck will lead the worship. Burial will follow at Morningside Cemetery in Roscoe.

Visitation is 4-7:00 pm Wednesday at Gramm Funeral Home, 720 N. 6th Street, in Ipswich and for one hour prior to the service at the church, Thursday.

He could often be found in a rousing pinochle card game with his buddies, driving around on site-seeing adventures and ending his night watching wheel of fortune with a bowl of ice cream. He especially enjoyed spending every moment he could with all of his grandchildren.
